A structure built entirely out of lithium, this giant anode of radiant charging power can recharge compatible electric vehicles that pass within its vicinity. A vehicle equipped with the special SOLEX battery (engineered by NDC laboratories) can charge completely in about 20 minutes after driving in a circle around the structure, remotely powering up the vehicle with no cords or stopping necessary. Standing at approximately 1000ft in height, it is the second tallest building in the National Capital Region, slightly smaller than the 1500ft. Condoplex Citadel planned by RichCroft Industries. It is going to be built on the site of a thousand year old stone solstice structure that was recently deemed an eyesore.

Having been kept at the NDC agency’s Centre For Creative Conditioning for over 5 years, some patients decide to escape the rehabilitation facility and return to join the fabric of society. Through intensive conditioning to remove any imagination, creativity and free thought, patients at the CFCC were depleted of these elements in order to conform to the NDC plan of action. Despite the attempted brainwashing and conditioning efforts, the escaping patients maintained their ability to dream and were able to create a most imaginative and creative means of escape from the remotely located facility near Carlsbad Springs.

This gigantic government complex will house every department of the federal government in a single, enclosed, windowless, grey building that stretches for 10 square kilometres across downtown Ottawa. Instead of Light Rapid Transit, or LRT, NDC has used its team of visionaries to develop the HRT train, or Heavy Rapid Transit system using a nuclear powered train that can achieve speeds of up to 500km/h using a special magnetic levitating rail track. Building this special MagLev track in a corridor that connects Ottawa with Kingston, Belleville, Toronto and Hamilton, this industrial scale train can haul massive loads of cargo, resulting in the elimination of all transport trucks from the highways, making travel safer for everyone. Passengers will ride above the cargo holds of the rail cars, and be able to travel between Ottawa and Toronto in a record time of sixty minutes.

The Ottawa River has been a conduit for trade and commerce for centuries, but now with NDC’s nuclear powered cargo ships, we can traverse the waters from Ottawa to the St. Lawrence and beyond. Using a small nuclear reactor aboard each ship, cargo and passengers can travel to the Great Lakes and into the Atlantic Ocean, and vice versa, bringing a worldwide trading and shipping network to the Nation’s Capital. Once isolated by shallow river waters and rapids, the Ottawa River will soon be completely dredged to new depths and widths to allow even the largest ships to access the wonders of Ottawa and its multitude of industries.
